In today’s competitive job market, companies are going above and beyond to attract and retain top talent. Although there are many attractive ways to bring in talent, the number one way remains the same. Hiring bonuses are a very enticing way to bring in job seekers and can make all the difference.

1. Disney Parks and Resorts

For full or part-time housekeeping, a $1,000 bonus is being offered in addition to the $10.50 per hour wages. This is nearly double the amount the company offered in 2017! In addition to incentives in housekeeping, full- or part-time bus drivers are eligible for a $1,500 bonus, and culinary chefs can earn up to $1,000. To receive the bonus, employees must remain on board for at least 30 days following training.
