10. Lower back pain

8. Anemia

6. Puffed-up ankles and feet
Swollen ankles and feet are normally associated with pregnant women. They are seen as a sign of a new life, but swollen ankles are a symptom of something oppositely sinister too. Any kidney disease including kidney cancer can cause your feet and ankles to puff-up.

A cancerous tumor in Kidney can cause it to function improperly. When kidneys are not functioning properly, as a result, a fluid can build up in the body. This fluid settles in the feet. 5. High blood pressure

2. Enlarged veins around testicles
